• Service Use: InterviewMaverick (Screensolver) provides AI-powered solutions for coding problems. You may use the service for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless otherwise agreed.
• Payment and Refunds: All payments for subscriptions or services are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to dissatisfaction with the service, technical issues, or account termination.
• Account Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these terms or at our discretion.
• Affiliate Program: Participation in our affiliate program is subject to our Affiliate Agreement. We reserve the right to terminate or modify the affiliate program at any time, without notice. We are not liable for any commissions or payments that may be affected by such changes.
• Limitation of Liability: InterviewMaverick (Screensolver) is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from:
  • Your use or inability to use the service;

  • Interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the service;
  • Bugs, viruses, or other harmful code transmitted through the service;
  • Errors or omissions in any content or loss incurred from use of such content;
